By remaining true to our goals of always putting the client first, then and only then can we at The Seventy Times Seven Wellness Mission optimize our multifaceted therapeutic approaches with our treatment plans: Group Therapy, Individual Therapy, Case Management, Medication Management and Supportive Housing Services offered on all levels offered at both the Out Patient and Intensive Out Patient Levels of Care.

  • Outpatient (OP)

    The Seventy Times Seven Wellness Mission’s Out Patient (OP ) program is a low intensity program designed to provide a variety of diagnostic and therapeutic treatment in a non-residential setting for persons suffering from substance abuse. Our program is for persons whose physical and emotional status allows them to function in their usual environment. Based on an individual assessment and a treatment plan, the outpatient program offers regularly scheduled sessions up to 6-10 hours per week are provided in the form of individual, group, and/or family counseling. Services are designed to treat the individual’s level of illness severity according to ASAM dimensions. The goals of treatment are aimed at modifying attitudinal, behavioral, and lifestyle issues that are maintaining the addictive disease cycle. When indicated, the treatment of any co-occurring disorder is also provided. Length of time in the program is ongoing and determined when treatment goals are reached.

  • INTENSIVE OUTPATIENT

    The Seventy Times Seven Wellness Mission’s Intensive Out Patient (IOP) Program is a three month program which could extend to a maximum of six-months depending on the treatment needs of the client. Our clinical services include individual, group, and family counseling; case management services; addictive disease education; psychiatric consultation; social work services; psychological services for dual diagnosis; diet and nutritional counseling and education; and special groups for parenting, infectious diseases, anger management, co-dependency, criminal offenders, and trauma. Clients who are admitted to Essential Behavioral Health Services, Inc.’s IOP are scheduled for a minimum of nine (9) hours of clinical services per week. Treatment is typically divided into three phases. While phases have delineated time frames, each phase can be modified to meet the individual needs of the client. In view of this, during Phase I, a client attends IOP three to four days/week, or 9 to 12 hrs/week depending on treatment needs. The IOP Level II.I treatment modality will be provided with a combination of individual counseling and group counseling.

  • CASE MANEGEMENT

    All participants in any of 70x7WM programs are eligible for case management services. Case management services are designed to address a variety of challenges any program participant may have. Our goal is to provide ancillary support to program participants that encourage their successful participation in their respective program while encouraging sobriety and community independence. Case management services are ongoing throughout the individual’s enrollment in our programs and in many cases beyond.

  • DWI Education Classes

    The Seventy Times Seven Wellness Mission (70X7WM) is certified by the Maryland Department of Health and mental Hygiene to facilitate 12 Hour Alcohol Education classes. Alcohol Education classes are designed for those who may have an issue with using alcohol which has lead to an arrest or charge of “driving under the influence” and/or” driving while intoxicated”. While we believe strongly in the dangers, punitive consequences of drinking and driving we also believe that ,through treatment and education, those who have been charged with drinking and driving will be less likely to re-offend.
    Through our DWI education classes each participant will learn the dangers of their behaviors while under the influenced by alcohol, they will learn the legal ramifications of driving under the influence, as well as the importance of overall sobriety. Each class/session is two (2) hours per week for six (6) weeks and taught by a Certified Addictions Counselor.
